Spring Men’s League Week 8 Report
Team Cary put on clinic from deep verses Team Bacon. Connecting on 24 3-pointers, Team Cary did their heavy lifting from distance. Nick Cary lead the assault with 42 points from the field, but it was the sharp shooting of Todd Kaloper that was the backbreaker in this one. Scoring all of his 21 points from distance, Kaloper made Team Bacon pay on their rotations to double team Cary. By the end of this one every player on their team found a way to contribute a crushing 3. Losing to Team Cary, Team Bacon slides down into the 6th seed with only one week remaining until playoffs. They’ll need to defeat Team Locke next week to avoid sliding further into a tie for last place.
