The first half of Winter Men’s League is officially in the books. Currently, Team Cary is sitting atop the standings with a record of 4-1. Just behind them despite losing tonight, is Team Rowe. The difference between the top two squads thus far, is Team Cary’s incredible depth. Bolstered by the play of late round draft pick, Joe Lampkin, they have been able to mix and match line ups without dips in production on the court. The rotations they are able to throw at opponents  each night have been increasingly difficult to contend with. With Joe Lampkin averaging 35 points from down low, the perimeter has been wide open for Team Cary’s 3-point specialists. If Joe continues to dominate at the rim, teams will have no chance at locking down Team Cary on a nightly basis.
